These terms explain how orders, payments, QC, shipping, returns and warranty service work when you purchase through SuperClones.us. Please read them before placing an order.

SuperClones.us sells replica and super clone watches produced by independent third-party manufacturers. These watches are not manufactured, authorized, sponsored or endorsed by the original luxury brands referenced on individual product pages.
Brand names, model names, reference numbers, factory names and movement descriptions are used to help identify the style and configuration of the product being offered.
Product descriptions may include stated materials, dimensions, movement information, factory information and other specifications. Small differences can occur between batches and individual watches.
These are market terms used to describe higher-detail replica watches. They are not certifications that a replica is identical to an original watch in every measurable respect.
2. Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and payment confirmation. Some watches may be sourced after an order is placed rather than held continuously in stock.
If the exact version ordered is unavailable, we may contact you to discuss waiting for the requested version, selecting an alternative, choosing another product, or cancelling the affected order.
We will not intentionally substitute a materially different model or factory version without informing you.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are generally shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change before an order is completed.
An order is not considered paid until the relevant payment has cleared or been confirmed. Customers are responsible for checking payment details before completing a transaction.
Where cryptocurrency is accepted, carefully verify the wallet address, network, currency and amount. Blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed after confirmation.
4. Pre-Shipment Quality Control
Where pre-shipment QC is provided, its purpose is to review the individual watch before dispatch rather than relying only on catalog photographs.
Depending on the model and order, QC may include review of:
- dial and marker alignment
- date position where applicable
- hands and bezel alignment
- case condition
- bracelet and clasp
- crown operation
- relevant watch functions
- movement operation or timing information
QC does not mean that a watch will be completely free of tiny cosmetic variation. Macro photographs can also make extremely small details appear larger than they look at normal viewing distance.
If approval is requested, review the material carefully before authorizing shipment. Once a watch is approved and dispatched, later concerns may fall under the return or warranty terms instead.
5. Shipping & Customs
Shipping methods and delivery times depend on destination, carrier availability, customs processing and circumstances outside our direct control. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed date.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Tracking information will be supplied when available after dispatch.
International shipments may be subject to customs inspection, import restrictions, duties, taxes, seizure or other government action depending on the destination. Import rules vary by country and can change.
Customers are responsible for understanding the laws and import requirements that apply in their location. Any replacement or refund available for a shipment that is lost or stopped in transit will depend on the shipping policy applicable to that specific order.
6. Returns
Return eligibility depends on the condition of the watch and the reason for the request. Contact us before sending any item back.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a returned watch should normally be:
- unworn beyond reasonable inspection
- unmodified
- not resized
- free from customer-caused scratches or damage
- returned with the items originally supplied with it
Any specific return period shown on the product page, checkout page, shipping page or return-policy page will apply to that purchase.
7. Warranty
Where a watch is sold with a two-year movement warranty, that warranty applies to covered mechanical movement problems under normal use for the stated warranty period.
Issues that may be reviewed under the movement warranty can include:
- movement stopping unexpectedly
- winding failure
- setting-mechanism problems
- unusual timekeeping problems
- failure of movement-driven functions
The warranty does not normally cover damage caused by:
- impact, dropping or misuse
- scratches or normal cosmetic wear
- broken crystals
- water intrusion
- unauthorized opening, repair or modification
- normal wear to straps, bracelets, clasps or external finishes
Warranty service must be approved before a watch is returned.
8. Water Resistance
Do not assume that a watch is suitable for swimming or submersion solely because a product listing mentions a water-resistance specification.
Water resistance can be affected by crown position, gaskets, assembly, age, impact and servicing. If you intend to expose a watch to water, have the individual watch pressure-tested first.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, payment and shipping information and for complying with laws applicable to their location.
Replica products should not be represented or resold as genuine products from the original manufacturer.
10. Intellectual Property
SuperClones.us is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with the original manufacturers referenced on the website.
Brand names, logos, product names, model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not indicate sponsorship, authorization or endorsement.
Original text, graphics, layout and photographs owned by SuperClones.us may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SuperClones.us will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of the website or a product.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when store policies, payment methods, shipping procedures or legal requirements change. The date displayed at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
The version in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that transaction.
